***Testing should be done on both corded and cordless phones when applicable unless otherwise stated***
Please have Manager initial after each successful test

Test call: Inbound direct to each phone DID__________

Test call: 3 Inbound direct calls to published main line at the same time__________
Test call park (only corded phones) and music on hold: Call main line and place a caller on ‘Hold 1’, ‘Hold 2’, ‘Hold 3’, or ‘Hold 4’. Ensure whichever Hold you put them on lights up red. Ensure you are able to hear music on hold. Press the red Hold key to pick the call up off of hold. __________
Test speed dials (buttons only on corded phones): on left side of phone line keys are labeled as the stations names (ie. Host 1, Office 1, Kitchen 1, etc). Press these line keys and ensure they are ringing the correct phones. __________
Test Page All (only corded phones): line key will be labeled ‘Page All’. Press this button and speak into the speaker. Ensure that the announcement is coming out of the speaker of the other phones. This should be a one-way announcement. __________
Test phone display (only corded phones): Every phone should have a label of the station name (bolded lettering) with the DID below it (not bolded) on right line key 1. On line key 2 there should be ‘Main Line’ (bolded lettering) with the main published DID (not bolded) below it. __________
Panasonic Cordless Base: ensure that the base has a solid green light. __________
